Being adapted is also advance

In these days, when the social and labour situation has changed so much due to the recent events related to the health of our communities, it becomes more evident that the decisions we take can make a difference when facing the present with strength and stay prepared for the future.
In this sense, the exceptional events experienced recently, which have led us to the declaration of pandemic first and the adoption of exceptional measures later, have not hindered our RDi team from organizing and continue giving the best of themselves, demonstrating their professionalism and maintaining, as far as possible, a normal activity with clients and partners.
We know that moments like this have to be faced with serenity, communication, common sense and a lot of teamwork. We take seriously our role of working to develop and bring innovation closer to the groups with which we work. Therefore, we want to make sure that you are aware of the tools that we have made available to you and to the teams that collaborate with us.
Remote work: Our team remains at home, connected and fully operational, informed day by day of any changes that may occur. Together, we learn and develop new and better ways to collaborate and continue generating innovation for a better society.
Accurate and updated information: we keep up to date with the different measures that are being taken as well as all the contingency measures being taken in the different national and international programs in which we are involved.
Regular meetings through technological means: Before, we already used them, but now their use has become more intense. Working in isolation does not mean working alone. Contacts with our partners and collaborators are fluid, and we are monitoring progress and possible contingencies due to the new situation.
Information about our projects through our website and on our social networks: Although our facilities will remain closed or with minimum services, we will continue to attend you by phone and by email from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We are ready to learn the valuable lessons of the present and ready to embrace a future that we look forward to be healthy again very soon. Now more than ever we keep close and united, to go through this situation together. Anything you need from us or if we can give you support in any way, please let us know.
We hope that all of you and your loved ones are well, and we wish you good health and serenity to face these days.
